Free your Mind - Strengthen your Body - Help the Animals!
Come to Cape May Fitness Center's North Cape May location on Saturday, May 13th @ 2PM for a donation based yoga class with Lisa Bryan! All proceeds will benefit TLC Animal Rescue, which is a foster based 501(c)3 registered non-profit rescue for South Jersey. If you cannot donate money, we ask that you please bring one or more of the following: collars and leashes, dog toys, dog treats, cleaning supplies or paper towels. In addition, we ask that everyone brings their own yoga mat! We look forward to doing yoga with all levels- first timers and the regulars, so come on out and do some good for your mind, body and of course- the animals!

There will be a buffet, DJ, 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction.  $1.00 beer/cocktails.  

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.  Tickets are also available Friday thru Sunday during business hours at Top Dog Pizza and Burgers located at 1601 N High Street Suite J, Millville, NJ, or can be purchased by paypal to tlcarescue@hotmail.com (please use the friends and family option when sending to avoid fees and put Sidelines Event in the notes section).
