Meet Belle Belle’s owner passed away & has been with one of our fosters as of late. She is a 10 year old brown Cockapoo that weighs around 25-30 lbs. She is fine with cats but really needs to be an only dog. She absolutely loves her toys, and at times has resource guarding issues. Belle is super affectionate, very well potty trained, fully vetted & would be adopted out with a 4 month supply of flea & tick preventative (Simparica). She is a total sweetheart & cute as a button! All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

 

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
